I am soooo happy with my purchase I will DEFINITELY be buying again!!Dress has just arrived and I couldn’t be more pleased with it, it is beautiful. I had it custom made in the navy blue colour shown in the photo and the dress looks exactly the same as in the picture.Fits perfectly right now, but hopefully will need it taken in nearer the time …. only thing to do is have it shortened and the skirt it taken in slightly .. not big deal. Ordered it in purple and its a really good colour.To be honest, this is a minor point, however. I live in the UK and didn’t pay duty. I have some beautiful vintage crystal earrings and brooch with which I will dress this up and I’m absolutely delighted. Thank you.

I usually don't like ordering online from companies I haven't previously ordered from because the sizes are all wrong but I just loved a few of their dresses so I took a chance and I am so glad I did! I rececently purchased a wedding dress on tidebuy.com and what an amazing experience.

I placed the order on the 8th of July and received the dress on the 21st of (it was shipped on the 19th)

The dress was absolutely amazing. A little thread here and there that needed cutting but overall it was very well put together and almost identical to the picture online.

There customer service department also good, communicates extremely well with the client and always willing and able to assist. After sales good, provided all necessary docs for customs clearance when requested. This however I had to deduct a star for as I had to request the docs more than once and it had to be requested. It should automatically be sent once the order had gone through.
