I would like to thank tidebuy for exceptional service. I ordered swimsuits in October for South Africa's summer season and due to local postal strikes I never received the items. Monday I sent tidebuy an email, asking for a refund and without any trouble I received a friendly and apologetic letter wherein they approved my request (although the mistake was not even theirs). Today I received the payment. Thank you so much, I will definitely order again (after all the strikes). :)

The feel the bright colors are awesome I really like the product it fits well and yes I went by your measurement guidelines so by one try run you'll never send it back.

I found the website on google when i am trying to buy a dress for the holiday. The pictures they put on the web are too good to be true so i made the order without too much hesitation. The delivery is a bit long but anyway the parcel arrived in a good condition and the coral mini dress fit me well. It would be better if they improve the delivery.

I have twice now had unfortunately had an package containing my tidebuy order to go missing and both times they were so easy to contact and get a response from to resolve the situation. Both times they either resent the order or credited me back to my account the amount if the item had been out of stock afterward. Also their returns are SO easy. These reasons and many more are why I shop on this site more than any other and they have such a wide selection of clothing/shoes how could you not shop here!

A relative bought for me, I love my dress and handbag, arrived couple days ago, I did wait aprox 2 weeks, is ok to wait for such nice dress, when I buy in USA I am small, depends of the designer, I picked size medium, because I hear Asian sizes run smalls, however is little bet big because has elastic by waist, still looks good and more important FEEL GOOD pure silk, I will go to dance with this dress and not heavy at all, like feather dress….so I will keep buying, while Tidebuy keep shipping asap and selling the same quality as the model picture, and keep giving discounts. Also, thank you for been always some rep ready to chat for questions when I search or buy.

They have a huge collection of clothes with amazing design. nice merchandise and nice sales. when my order did arrive I was happy to see that everything was present and in good condition.

My daughter ordered a dress for a wedding but when she received it, she changed her mind. We followed the instructions for a return and refund, and had no problem whatsoever. I don’t understand the reviews who said that returning items was impossible. She received her refund a week after she emailed the tracking information for the item being returned. IN FACT, I have been viewing dresses and will be ordering another very soon. I am sure that the quality of some items may not be what you expect, but be sure to look closely at the clothing fabric, and read the description thoroughly. You can usually tell if it is worth the price.

As promised I am updating my experience with Tidebuy. I will also post this in the ratings section. I received my items in 5 days, Placed my order on August 24th and received them Monday August 29th. I did pay for expedited shipping and made sure to email them about my order. I am not sure if they helped however I got my order very fast. 

I've bought two things from Tidebuy. The first fits perfectly and is nicer than I expected, given the price. The second was too small, but was easy to return and they promptly refunded my money. Yes, you have to pay for the return shipping, but it cost all of $3 or so. Very good customer service.
